About Us
The meanwhile project is a not-for-profit collaboration creating content and tools for living well.
We create short, practical exercises and reflections for people living full lives but frequently feeling like they’re running on empty. we share whats worked from personal experiences and know that if you’re ready to invest a little time and attention real change is possible. Our tools are designed to help you self-guide toward new insights, healthier habits, and renewed commitments. Life balance isn’t something you find once—it’s something you return to over and over. Like a sailboat, it needs a careful correction to come back to centre. Our hope is that these small, intentional steps help you reconnect with what matters and live more fully, right where you are.
Our Values
We aim to contribute to human flourishing through a holistic view of life. While we write from a Christian perspective, our exercises and resources are designed to be helpful and accessible to anyone. We hold to the Christian teachings of the Old and New Testament, centred on the life, death and resurrection of Jesus - as expressed in the Nicean creed (A.D. 324).Try something new today

Our Name
The name 'Meanwhile' is a reminder to live with perspective. Life today is complicated and often overwhelming. It's easy to drift into a story shaped by pressure, fear or a sense of lack. But half the battle is remembering our true story and regaining perspective.
"We don't know everything, but then we will, just as God completely understands us. For now there are faith, hope and love. But of these the greatest is love."
1 Corinthians 13 CEV
